Hiring a Full-Time Long Island Organizer
ERASE Racism is looking for a highly motivated Long Island Organizer.
S/He will seek opportunities to build a coalition of racial equity advocates that cross geographic, income and racial boundaries on Long Island. S/He will also nurture relationships with other organizations to advance this broad objective and to plan and implement concrete housing-related campaigns with measurable outcomes and aggressive timelines. S/He will report directly to the President and work collaboratively with the organization’s program and legal staff on Long Island-based work, and on selected regional and state-wide campaigns in collaboration with other organizations.
